Refund Policy

At MAINGEAR, we value transparency and strive to deliver the ultimate customer experience. We encourage customers to review the following information before placing an order.

Cancellation Policy

The key points of our cancellation policy are as follows:

 

  • Cancellations: You may cancel any order (excluding gift cards) before it is shipped out. If cancelling a custom order, and the system has already been built, it is treated as a return. (see return policy)
  • Cancellation Fees: A 5% fee applies to all processed order cancellations, regardless of status. This fee may be waived in the event of an unexpected order delay.
  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. 
  • How to Cancel: You must contact a MAINGEAR representative via phone or email to cancel your order. Confirmation from a representative is required before any refund is issued.

 

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied, most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, however, some restrictions apply. The terms of our refund policy are as follows:

 

  • Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is automatically deducted from your total refund.
  • Ineligible for Refund: Items which contain custom artwork, graphics, or paint, are ineligible for return. Orders over $5,000 USD are ineligible for return. ALL financed orders are ineligible for return.
  • Direct Sales Only: Our 30-day return policy applies only to products sold directly by maingear.com.
  • Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final (digital or physical) and cannot be returned/refunded. Gift cards do not expire.
  • Factory Configuration: Systems must be returned in their original factory configuration. Any system, determined by MAINGEAR, to be modified or tampered with is ineligible for return and/or refund.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise authorized by MAINGEAR. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Original Packaging: Returns must include original packaging, accessories, and manuals to avoid additional fees.
  • RMA Number: Contact MAINGEAR support at support@maingear.com or by phone at 1-908-620-9050 for authorization before returning any merchandise.
